Nicole Shim

Nicole joined Human Synergy in 2023 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology Degree from HELP University. Her interest in human behavior has led her into the field of human resource consulting - applying psychological perspectives to strengthen HR strategy and practices.

Benefited from her psychology background, Nicole was able to leverage her knowledge in projects related to Talent Assessments - interpreting personality trait assessments; Competencies Framework - identifying behavioural indicators; Employee Engagement Surveys - data collection and statistical analysis.

She has handled multiple compensation and benefit review work for clients ranging from major Food & Beverage Retail Chains to Government-linked Entities in developing robust and market driven Salary & Grading structure for companies. Apart from that, she is also involved in projects such as:
