Lynette Chua
Lynette joined Human Synergy in 2025 as an HR Consultant, contributing her expertise in people engagement, project management, and managed services to support both individuals and organizations in reaching their potential. With a degree in Psychological Science and a Master’s in Professional Counselling from Monash University, she combines strong academic foundations with a deep understanding of human behavior and workplace dynamics.
Her dual background in counselling and psychology enables her to blend structured problem-solving with a people-centered approach. Skilled in active listening, facilitation, and conflict resolution, Lynette thrives in creating safe, empowering environments where individuals and teams can unlock their strengths and move toward growth.
She has previously conducted workshops focused on career progression, work values, and career stages, alongside supporting individuals in the area of mental health. She has also been involved in research exploring sleep health among students and employees, competency–job alignment, and contributed to the development of a psychometric assessment tool for Person-Job Fit.
At present, Lynette is involved in initiatives that recruit, engage, and empower entrepreneurs. Her work centers on people engagement, project management, and delivering management solutions to help participants build sustainable futures, while ensuring the smooth and effective running of projects.
